How do I rebook my ticket?
If you have a refundable ticket you can rebook your trip.
You can rebook the trip to the same route and the same traveller. If you want to change to another route or traveller, you can cancel and get a refund and buy a new ticket.
Start by collecting your ticket via Journeys, which you can find on the home page here.
If you are logged in, your ticket can be found under Journeys, otherwise you can retrieve the ticket with the booking number and phone number or email.
In our app you click on the symbol of three dots in the upper right corner > Rebook.
1. Once you have opened the ticket, select Rebook or Cancel.
2. Select Rebook on the same route. Click on Select travellers to select the traveller(s) you want to rebook and then Choose new journey.
3. You end up in a new timetable and can click on the departure you want to rebook to.
You can select another date in the calendar on the left. You also see the amount you might have to pay or get refunded.
If you want to change to another route or traveller, you can cancel and get a refund and buy a new ticket.
4. Once you have selected your departure, select your class. Click Continue to get to the next step where you can change seat or food options. Then proceed to the Checkout.
5. In the Checkout you have an overview of the rebooking, which travellers and what will be refunded or the amount you may need to pay. Click Complete rebooking.
