How do I cancel my ticket?

You can cancel your ticket here on the website and in our app.

If you have a refundable ticket the refund will be made to the same account that you used when you bought the ticket.

Search your ticket via Journeys > Get journey or travel card. When you have opened the booking you select Cancel booking.

In the app you click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the ticket > Cancel.
