When does SJ release their tickets?
Today you can book tickets until December 12 , 2026 with SJ Day trains and SJ Night trains*.
*The date for the period refers to the train's departure station and means that SJ Night trains can be booked with one day shorter in each period.
Upcoming ticket releases
Tickets for travel December 13, 2026 – January 10, 2027 are scheduled to go on sale during week 40.
Tickets for travel January 11 – April 4, 2027 are scheduled to go on sale during week 43.
As soon as we know a specific date, we will update the information.
Some departures are blocked due to track work planning
The departures will be released for booking as soon as the planning is complete. The tickets will be released continuously every day. SJ Customer Service cannot give any information in advance about when a specific departure can be booked.
