How do I use a voucher?

You can use a voucher as full or partial payment when purchasing tickets here at sj.se or in the SJ App.

Click here to book a trip using your voucher.

Book your ticket as usual. When you reach the payment stage, click on Add voucher. If this option does not appear, it is because the journey is operated by another company.

Vouchers are valid for travel on SJ trains, as well as journeys with other operators if it is a Resplus journey that includes an SJ leg.

The image shows the header 'Checkout' for a ticket from Stockholm to Göteborg on 9 June, 13:29–16:35. The booking is for 1 adult, in 2nd class Lugn, non-rebookable, Carriage 2, Seat 33. The total price is 1,475 SEK, including a 57 SEK booking fee. There is an option to “Add voucher”, which is highlighted in red.

Enter your voucher number and add it by clicking Add.
