How can I get a receipt?

If you were logged in when you purchased your trip in the SJ app or on sj.se, you will find receipts on sj.se under your account page and Purchase history and receipts

There you will also find receipts if you were not logged in but entered your SJ Prio membership number when you purchased your trip via SJ's app, sj.se or SJ Customer Service.

If you were not logged in and did not identify yourself as an SJ Prio member when you purchased your trip, you can find receipts by searching for your booking under Journeys on sj.se and then going to Show trip and selecting Receipt. You can then choose to Show as PDF to save the receipt as a PDF, or right-click to print.
