How do I apply for compensation if my train is delayed?

If you get delayed on your journey you can apply for compensation here on our website. You will find the compensation form here.

If any extra costs arose during your journey you can attach the receipt for this in your application. 
Please note that screenshots or bank statements are not accepted as receipts, we need a full copy of the receipt.
